Dillon Mendes is an alumnus of the Top 35 under 35 global changemaker awards, a social entrepreneur, and a TEDx & youth speaker. Over the past 2 years, Dillon has travelled across North America, speaking to thousands of students about community impact and student leadership. He currently works as a management consultant at KPMG and previously worked in advisory at Deloitte and growth at DarwinAI.

It all began when Dillon was in high school, and he noticed his one friend, Sam, walking home picking up trash. Together they started a social movement called PickWaste (featured on CBC, CTV, and CityNews). They kick-started three clean-up crews throughout Canada, have hosted over 260 community clean-ups and filled over 2,500 bags of litter.

Dillon is also a connector for the League of Innovators, a national charity aiming to bridge the gap between high school students and entrepreneurship. He was featured as a guest on one of the Top 100 podcasts globally – Humans 2.0 and has worked with brands such as A&W Canada.

He speaks about how one person, one action or one movement can impact our world. Dillon has already shared this message with over 12,000 individuals and is not planning on stopping anytime soon. He plans to use his speaking skills to re-energize you with a short and inspiring pep talk!
